Nigel Kinniburgh is the man behind Kinniburgh pools. His schoolboy passion for swimming and competing in the one hundred meter breast-stroke provided the motive for setting up the company after years working in the building and technology industry.
With many years of experience in the construction, multimedia, building automation, lighting and heating industries, Nigel offers domestic and commercial clients a turnkey operation. He takes the stress out of designing, costing, project managing and delivering pools, spas, leisure buildings and their heating, ventilation, sound and control systems to your project.
Always customer orientated, Nigel developed his personal style in his own busy retail environments. He has considerable technical and operational experience and has worked with blue chip companies such as Endemol, BBC, BT, AMA, Cala, Taylor Woodrow Applecross and many more plus delivering several multimillion pound projects. His satisfaction now is to deliver projects on time and on budget to meet the high expectations of our clients.
Barry is Nigel's right hand man and has worked on many blue chip projects in the last 20 years and started working with Nigel 16 years ago.
Barry was involved in his own audio, visual and controls company, which worked in the UK and abroad; he brings with him electrical and mechanical skills along with his ability to work at a high level integrating pools and equipment. Barry designs our own in house pool control solutions. With his experience in boat building we often joke to clients that pool building is the same thing but the other way round so lots of the math’s is just reversed.
