Braemar
The Braemar is our most flexible space within our standard designs, with lots of light and space for a Spa, Sauna, Changing Room, Gym or Shower.
This is a pool with building, please refer to our detailed specification.
We offer 3 standard pools with buildings complete and and commissioned.
Individually designed extensions may also be included to house changing rooms, saunas, a games room, gym or office. Ideas such as these can be discussed with our designer.
Our comprehensive packages include the following:
- Site surveys
- Preparation of quotations and drawings
- All baseworks
- Delivery and erection of poolhall complete with insulated roof
- Construction of the constant depth 1.37m swimming pool, lined with a mosaic patterned liner
- Filtration equipment and pool heater
- Splashproof spotlights
- Dehumidification
- Waterproof carpet
We ensure that everything is taken care of, from the heated swimming pool to the redwood building which allows you to make use of your pool 365 days of the year.
Notes:
- Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%
- Connection of services to the indoor pool are not included in these prices but can be quoted separately.
- Prices are for installations within Central Scotland. Prices out with that are available on application.
- All the above prices are subject to a site survey.
- All buildings are available without the pool. Prices on application.
