Giving you the pool of your dreams is what we do best, and we're doing it right across Scotland - we do everything to make it an easy process - from the design, through the planning, commissioning and building of swimming pools and leisure buildings.
The contemporary pool experience ranges across what you want - from domestic indoor pools or spas, to larger bespoke pools and buildings, each with an impressive choice of facilities - changing room, spa, steam room, sauna, gymnasium, and even home cinema. Our philosophy is the same. We're not satisfied until you are.
Our highly specialised design, project management, installation and maintenance team will navigate your project from survey, through design, planning, building and subsequent completion, keeping you up to date with progress. A typical summerhouse might start at £5,000 and a complete pool and bespoke building at £100,000, leaving you to enjoy the experience of turning your vision into a reality.

Nigel Kinniburgh
Nigel Kinniburgh is the man behind Kinniburgh Pools. His schoolboy passion for swimming and competing in the 100m breaststroke was his motivation for setting up Kinniburgh Pools.
With many years experience in the construction, project management and home multimedia, automation, lighting and heating industries, Nigel offers domestic and commercial clients a turnkey operation. He takes the stress out of designing, costing, project managing and delivering pools, spas, leisure buildings and their heating, sound and control systems.
Nigel's customer orientation was gained in his own busy retail environments, matched by his technical and operational experience on multimillion pound projects for blue chip companies such as BT, Cala, Taylor Woodrow and Applecross.
His satisfaction now is to deliver projects on time on budget to meet the high expectations of clients.

Kinniburgh Pools are the Scottish agent for Southampton based Polypool, the UK's number one centre for self-build swimming pool projects. Polypool's modular heat retaining panel liner pool system is the only swimming pool system of its kind on the market - a truly insulated pool solution.
Polypool's versatility makes it ideal for domestic & commercial, indoor and outdoor pools. Recent Polypool projects include schools, leisure clubs, spas, hydrotherapy pools and scuba diving tanks. Installation and running cost are predictable and ensure clients know the real cost of broadening leisure choice.
Architects and designers
At Kinniburgh Pools we have our own specialists who design pools and systems to meet customer needs. We also work with many independent designers and architects who may be commissioned to develop a bigger scheme, where the pool or spa is just one part of a larger scheme. Kinniburgh's project management experience, gained with commercial and domestic customers, makes for assured integration and collaboration to offer customers the best.
